Casserole with broccoli and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

1. Broccoli - 1 pc.
2. Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
3. Cheese - 100 g
4. Eggs - 3 pcs.
5. Cream or sour cream - 200 g
6. Salt - to taste
7. Ground pepper - to taste
8. Dill, parsley -for decorations

















Preparation:

1. Broccoli wash, disassemble into florets. Boil for 5 minutes in salted water. Tilt in a colander and rinse with ice water.
2. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
3. Grate the cheese on a grater. Fork beat eggs with cream, add the spices to taste. Pour half of the cheese and mix.
4. Put the vegetables in one-piece baking dish. Pour the egg mixture, sprinkle with cheese residues.
5. Send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. A little cool. Serve and garnish with greens.
