Easy Cream of Cauliflower Soup.
Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower - 2 pcs.
2. Chicken Soup - 5 cups
3. Onions and leeks - 1 pc. or 2 stalks
4. Butter - 1/2 cup
5. The flour - 1/2 cup
6. The milk - 3 cups
7. Salt and pepper - to taste
8. Croutons - feed
Preparation:
1. Cut the cauliflower and leek. Simmer for cauliflower and leeks in the broth for 30 minutes. Beat in a blender until the desired consistency.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Whisking, gradually add milk; cook until thick, stirring all the time. Add all remaining ingredients and season to taste.
3. Serve the soup with croutons.
