Ingredients:
curd - 1 kg
egg - 3 pieces.
flour - 4 tablespoons
Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
vanilla - 1 pack
salt - 1/4 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
candied fruit, dried cherries, raisins - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder, mix well. Add candied fruit, dried cherries, raisins (pre-steamed) and mix again.
2 cake pans (about 10x25 cm in internal dimensions) grease with butter, sprinkle with flour, shake off excess. Massa put in shape, smooth.
3. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven on the middle rack and bake on low heat for about 50 minutes.
4. When the casserole completely browns, turn off the oven, allow to cool, carefully remove from the mold. Then, if desired cut into slices and arrange on platter.
