Mushroom cake pancakes

Ingredients:

Filling:

Chopped onions — 200 g Butter — 3 tbsp Mushrooms — 500 g Salt — 1/2 tsp Ground pepper — 1/4 tsp Flour — 1 tsp. Milk — 110 ml Mozzarella (grated) — 100 g Green onions (finely chopped) — 2 tbsp Parmesan — 60 g

Pancakes:

Eggs — 2 PCs.
Milk3/4 Cup
Water1/2 Cup
Flour — 1 Cup
Butter — 3 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp





















Preparation:

1. Pancakes.
Mix all ingredients in a blender and, after kneading the dough, bake thin pancakes on a frying pan. Cool.


2. Filling. Butter (1 tablespoon) melt in a large skillet. Cook chopped onions, so he began to let the juice, but not fry. Reduce the heat to medium and place the mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of the remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender mushrooms. Fold in the flour and stir, pour in the milk. Half of the liquid, remove from the pan. Add grated cheese and let it melt.
3. Pancakes lay stuffing. On top sprinkle with grated cheese.
