Mushrooms from eggs.

Ingredients:

1. Eggs - 4 pcs.
2. Small tomatoes - 2 pcs.
3. Canned tuna - 1/2 cans
4. mayonnaise - to taste
5. Spices - to taste
6. Lettuce - for decoration
















Preparation:

1. Boil eggs, cool and clean. Carefully cut off the bottom and remove the yolk.
2. Mash the yolks with tuna and fresh herbs. Add the mayonnaise and season to taste.
3. Wash tomatoes and cut in half crosswise. Use a knife or spoon to scrape a little flesh.
4. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
5. Cover the bowl of chopped lettuce and put the stuffed eggs on a dish cut side down.
6. Put tomato halves in the form of a cap. Sour cream or mayonnaise to put a point.
