Chocolate brownies with cream cheese.

Ingredients:

1. Flour - 55 g
2. Salt - a pinch
3. Eggs - 3 pcs.
4. Cottage cheese - 200 g
5. Dark chocolate - 100 g
6. Sugar - 100 g
7. Powdered sugar - 50 g
8. Butter - 100 g
9. Baking powder - 1 tsp
10. Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp


















Preparation:

1. Beat two eggs with the sugar. Chocolate break into small pieces, add to the bowl. Add the butter, cut into cubes. Melt butter with chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven.


2. Mix egg and oil mixture. Add the flour, baking powder and salt, stir and send in a square shape with a side of 20 cm, the laid parchment paper.


3. Curd beat blender with eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over the chocolate dough.


4. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into squares and serve.
