Meat cupcakes.

Ingredients:

1. Minced meat - 500 g
2. Carrots - 1 pc.
3. Bow - 1/2 pcs.
4. Celery - 2 stalks
5. Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
7. Milk - 1/4 cup
8. chopped parsley - 1/4 cup
9. Egg - 2 pcs.
10. Mashed potatoes - for decoration
11. Beet juice - for decoration
12. Sweet pepper - for decoration
13. Salt and pepper - to taste
















Preparation:

1. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk.
2. Vegetables chop and fry in olive oil.
3. Mix the mince, vegetables, cheese, eggs, bread crumbs and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Put the mixture into the molds for cupcakes. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool the cupcakes.
5. Prepare the mashed potatoes. Half dye beetroot juice. Send potato frosting in a pastry bag and decorate cupcakes.
6. Finely chopped sweet green pepper and sprinkle them cooked meal.
