Pear dessert.

Ingredients:

1. Sweet ripe pears - 4 pcs.
2. Sugar - 1 tbsp
3. Gelatin - 15 g
4. Cold boiled water - 1 tbsp
5. Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
6. Cream - 200 ml
7. Cookies Savoiardi - 16 pcs.
8. Mint - for decoration

















Preparation:

1. Pears to wash and clean. Cut into small pieces and put the skillet. Add sugar, stir and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Put a saucepan on low heat and cook until pears are tender. Use the blender to turn fruit into puree.

2. Pour 1 tablespoon gelatin Cold water and let to swell. Melt the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Stir with pear puree and let cool.

3. Whip cream with powdered sugar and mix with pear puree.

4. Put dessert ice-cream bowls and decorate cookies Savoiardi. Put in the fridge for half an hour. Ready to decorate the dessert at the request of a sprig of mint.
