Apple granola.
Ingredients:
1. Rolled oats - 3 cups
2. Nuts - 1 cup
3. Dried apples - 1 1/2 cups
4. Raisins - 1/3 cup
5. Sugar or honey - 3 tablespoons
6. Applesauce - 300 g
7. Vanilinpo - taste
8. Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix in a bowl of oatmeal, nuts, raisins and cinnamon. Add apple sauce, sugar and vanilla, continue mixing.
3. Put the weight on the pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until lightly browned granola.
4. When granola is ready, add the dried apples.
