Pate of mushrooms with garlic.
Ingredients:
1. Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
2. Cut mushrooms - 250 g
3. Grated garlic - 4 cloves
4. White wine - 1/4 cup
5. Soft tofu - 100g
6. Salt and pepper - to taste
7. Dill, parsley - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, reduce heat to low, add the garlic and stir.
2. Pour the white wine and cook until the wine is not evaporated, remove from heat.
3. Allow to cool to room temperature. Send the mixture in a blender, add the tofu and greens. Beat until smooth.
