Banana Muffins with nuts.
Ingredients:
1. Butter, melted - 75 g
2. Flour - 250 g
3. Baking powder - 1 tsp
4. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
5. Salt - 1 \ 4 tsp
6. Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
7. Ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
8. Powdered sugar - 115 g
9. Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
10. Bananas - 2 pcs.
11. Eggs - 2 pcs.
12. Milk - 125 ml
13. Walnuts - 10 pcs.
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Melt the butter and let it cool. Peel the bananas and mash into a puree.
3. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl, add the icing sugar and mix.
4. fork beat eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter and milk in another bowl. Add mashed banana and mix well.
5. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add the egg mixture, stirring. Stir the dough is not necessary.
6. Cover the paper or greased molds for cupcakes. Fill the dough and put them on top of half a walnut.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Cool muffins on a wire rack.
