Carrot soup.

Ingredients:

1. Olive oil - 3 tbsp
2. Celery - 3 stalks
3. Onions - 2 pcs.
4. Garlic - 3 cloves
5. peeled and sliced carrots - 5 cups
6. Vegetable soup - 8 glasses
7. Salt - 1/2 tsp
8. Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
9. Croutons

















Preparation:

1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery. Sauté until translucent for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another minute.
2. Add the carrots to the vegetable mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until tender carrots.
4. Pyurirovat using a blender.
5. Serve the soup with croutons ready.
