Cashew nuts in an orange glaze and spices.
Ingredients:
Orange zest - 1 1/2 tsp
Ground Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Cashews (raw) - 400 g
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red pepper - 1 pinch
Large salt - 1/2 tsp
Light corn syrup (sugar syrup can be replaced) - 1/4 cup
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix the spices and orange zest in a small bowl.
3. Place the cashews in a deep plate or bowl and pour the corn syrup.
4. Add the spices with zest and stir well to completely cover the nuts with this mixture.
5. Shots baking sheet with parchment paper and place on it the nuts and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
