Tuna salad with vegetables.
Ingredients:
1. Canned tuna slices - 2 cans
2. Red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
3. The yellow sweet pepper 1 piece.
4. Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
5. Olive oil - to taste
6. Ground pepper - to taste
7. Parsley - for decoration
Preparation:
1. cucumbers, parsley and pepper to wash and dry. Cucumber peel if desired. Remove core and seeds of peppers.
2. Cut vegetables into cubes the same size.
3. Tuna mash with a fork, mix with sliced vegetables. Season with olive oil and pepper to taste.
4. Arrange the salad in a portioned cups and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
