Chocolate cake with raspberries.
Ingredients:
1. Dark chocolate - 300 g
2. whipping cream - 200 g
3. Sugar Cookies - 300g
4. Butter - 50 g
5. Powdered sugar - 50 g
6. Dark cocoa powder without sugar - 2 tbsp
7. Raspberry - for decoration
8. Mint - for decoration
Preparation:
1. lay down pieces of chocolate in a bowl and pour half the cream. Melt in a water bath or in the microwave.
2. Cookies folded into a package, and crush with a rolling pin to fasten. Transfer to a bowl. Add the melted butter, cocoa powder and a quarter of melted chocolate. Stir until smooth.
3. The split molds 23-26 cm in diameter lay a food wrap, top with the weight of the biscuit. Compacted and form bumpers. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
4. Whip the remaining cream with the sugar until soft peaks form. Mix with remaining melted chocolate. Put the cream on the dough, smooth. Return the cake in the fridge for another half hour. Garnish with raspberries and mint and serve.
