Chocolate cheesecake

Chocolate cheesecake.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese — 500 g
Chicken eggs in the dough+filling) — 2 PCs + 3 PCs.
Sugar (in the dough+filling) — 150 g + 100 g
Sour cream — 200 g
Flour — 160 g
Cocoa 4 tsp.
Butter — 50 g




















Method of preparation:

1. To prepare the dough. To do this in a bowl to drive 2 eggs, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix.
2. Add sour cream and softened butter. Mix.
3. Add sifted flour, soda and cocoa. Mix well, dough will be like thick cream. Next, prepare the filling. For this curd mash with a fork and add 3 eggs. Mix.
4. Then add sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina, mix well. Then beat the stuffing immersion blender until smooth.
5. Baking dish cover with foil or baking paper and lay first the chocolate dough. Then in the center of the cheesecake gently pour the cheese filling.
6. Put the dish into a cold oven. To turn 180 degrees and bake 40-45 minutes. Batter will be slightly springy. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and from the mould and leave to cool on a cooling rack. Cheesecake is ready.
7. Decorate as desired.
