Grilled Dorado.
Ingredients:
1. Dorado - 1 pc.
2. Parsley - a small beam
For the marinade:
1. Olive oil - 3 tbsp
2. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
3. Dill - 3 tbsp
4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
1. Clean the fish from the scales and viscera, rinse well.
2. For the marinade, mix the olive oil with dill, garlic, salt, pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Rub the fish with the marinade and leave to marinate for an hour.
3. Insert the washed bunch of parsley in the belly of the fish. Grilled Dorado Fry on both sides until golden brown. It takes 15-20 minutes.
