Salmon steak on the grill.
Ingredients:
1. Olive Oil - 1.5 tbsp
2. Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
3. Lime juice - 1/3 cup
4. grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
5. The crushed garlic - 2 cloves
6. Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
7. Red pepper - 1/2 tsp
8. Salmon Steaks - 4 pcs. 170 g
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, Dijon mustard, lime juice, ginger, garlic, sugar and red pepper. Pour mixture into a shallow glass pan.
2. Add salmon steaks and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Then, turn the steaks and put back in the refrigerator for an hour.
3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove salmon steaks from the marinade and drain excess liquid.
4. Fry the steaks over medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side. Finished fish should pierce easily with a fork.
