Mussels in garlic-tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes - 800g
2. Garlic - 3 cloves
3. Purified mussels - 500 g
4. Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
5. White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt and pepper - to taste
7. Dried basil - to taste
Preparation:
1. On the tomatoes crosswise to make cuts, dipped in boiling water for a minute and peel them. Finely chop the flesh.
2. Garlic clean, chop and fry in hot oil for a minute. Add the tomatoes, wine vinegar and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
3. Add salt, pepper and basil to taste. A minute later, add the mussels, cover and cook 5 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta or bread.
