Strawberry and cream dessert.
Ingredients:
1. Strawberry - 300g
2. Cream 35% - 200 g
3. Egg yolks - 2 pcs.
4. Sugar - 50 g
5. Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
6. Gelatin - 20g
7. Water for soaking the gelatin
8. Fresh berries for decoration
Preparation:
1. Unfreeze strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let stand while preparing jelly.
2. Egg yolks whisk together the sugar in a water bath until a thick white cream.
3. Gelatin pour a small amount of cold water and allow it to swell. Gently warm up, stirring all the time and not boiling. Stir gently and add the egg cream, beat until smooth.
4. Strawberries grind in a blender, add to gelatin mixture. Mix well and cool to room temperature.
5. Whip cream to soft peaks, add to the weight of the strawberry and mix gently paddle.
6. Share weight in silicone mold and put for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, decorate the dessert with fresh berries.
