Pancakes with spinach.
Ingredients:
1. Soy milk - 5/1 cup
2. Vegetable oil - 0.25 cups
3. The shredded spinach - 0.75 cups
4. Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
5. Flour - 1 cup
6. Baking powder - 1 tsp
7. Salt - a pinch
8. Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
1. Mix together the soy milk, butter and sugar.
2. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Preheat the frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Spoon to spread batter and fry the pancakes on both sides.
