Stuffed cucumber.
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 4 pcs.
2. Cottage cheese - 150 g
3. Carrots Korean -150 g
4. Parsley - a few sprigs
5. The salt-taste
6. Ground pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cucumbers are washed, cut in half lengthwise. Carefully cut out the flesh, to get the boat.
2. The flesh of cucumbers and finely chopped greens. Add to cream cheese together with the Korean carrots, salt and pepper.
3. Fill with the mixture cucumber boat and serve.
