Ginger and cinnamon donuts with chocolate.
Ingredients:
Flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Soda - 0.2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Ginger ground - 0.5 tsp
Sweet pepper - 1 pinch
Clove powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 0.2 tsp
Brown sugar - 60 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Milk - 3 tbsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
Dark chocolate - 100 g
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 175S.
2. Mix in a large bowl the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, salt and sugar.
3. Add eggs, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk and half the butter (melted).
4. Put the dough into a pastry bag or a plastic bag. Crop Area package and squeeze the dough in a baking donuts, buttered (fill 1/2).
5. Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
6. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter milk and chocolate smashed to pieces. Keep heat until all ingredients compounds.
7. Dip donuts into the glaze.
