Salad with chicken, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 pc.
Mozzarella - 100 g
Cherry - 10 pcs.
fresh basil
Sauce
Cucumber medium - 1 pc.
Cottage cheese - 100 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Sour cream (or yogurt) - 2-3 tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Chicken fillet with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika. Leave for 15 minutes. Heat the oil and fry the fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked meat. Cover the pan with a lid and hold it over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Cool and cut into thin slices.
2. Cherry cut in half. Place the dish on the chicken, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the top with fresh basil.
3. Prepare the sauce. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. Gently squeeze out excess juice.
4. Add cheese. You can pre-grind blender to make it homogeneous.
Rub a clove of garlic on a small grater. Add mustard, salt to taste. Carefully stir. Sour cream or yogurt sauce diluted to the desired consistency.
5. Dress the salad dressing before serving. You can add favorite fresh leaves of lettuce.
